Refined Crushing/Washing Edible Salt Production Line

1. Instruction

1.1 General Instruction

This project instruction was aimed to provide those salt works, which are interested in our technology (hereinafter users) with general ideas and related cooperation terms.

Salt works mentioned in the project instruction are the ones, which produce high quality edible refined salt with sea salt or lake salt as materials.

1.2 Technique advantages

The project instruction is drafted out according to our advanced technique, which has the following advantages:

-High quality of refined salt. 

-High pure degree, shine appearance, favorable fluidity, stable containing iodine.

-Lower waste, the loss of NaCI is under 10%. 

-Lower energy expenditure.

-Easy to handle and maintain.

1.3 Design characteristics

The salt works in this project instruction have been designed with the following characteristics: 

-Granularity of refined salt can be adjusted in some extent according to the users' requirement.

-Make all of the product dry.

-Fuel can be coal,oil or gas according to your requirements. 

-Iodine is added according to requirement.

-Packaging machine being used.

-Conveying vehicle being used. 

-Raw salt, halogen liquid are stored outside and the salt processing, drying, packaging and storing

 equipment are inside the door.

-The stacking of raw salt is enough for one month production.

-Warehouse for finished product can store one week's production.

1.4 What we could supply

We provide the user with advanced technology, the whole set equipment, technical pipeline; We can install equipment for users or help the users to install it themselves; we also train the users' staff; we will supervise the test-driving and start working.

The users need build the construction, electric power and are responsible for activities such as other serve, transportation, construction and temporary maintain. 

2. Technique description

(Referring to the attached 8.2 “Technology Flow Chart”)

The “four-times-washing and three-times-crushing” technology, which is our representative technology, is the most advanced for producing refined salt in china. 

-Four-times-washing are:

   Screw washing firstly

   Screw washing secondly 

   Stirring washing

   Countercurrent washing

-Three-times-crushing are:

   Primary crushing 

   Wet crushing 

   Dry crushing

Through different ways of washing and crushing, finally we get high quality of salt.

Above operation is adjustable to meet users' different requirement according to the quality of raw material.
